Dr. Anil Bhan, Director and Chief Coordinator, Cardiac Surgery at Max Devki Devi Heart & Vascular Institute completed his MS from PGI, Chandigarh, and his MCH from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Bhan has trained in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston. Prior to joining Max Healthcare, he was working with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi as an Additional Professor.
Brief Bio:
Dr. Bhan has performed more than 10,000 cardiac procedures so far. He has designed and developed more than 50 instruments for Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery, Thoracic and Thoraco-Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms and Beating Heart Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery. He has authored articles in various national as well as international journals and also presented his papers around the globe.
